The meeting, hosted by the Centre for Innovation, Policy and Governance (CIPG) will showcase CIPG's research on identifying the effectiveness and impact of public complaint reporting tools at the national and regional levels in Indonesia. How are these tools contributing create more effective public service delivery?
The Bandung Institute of Governance Studies will also present the first findings of their research on the impact of ICTs for governance initiatives.
The discussion will include participants from Lapor! and the Minstry of Adminstrative and Bureaucratic Reform.
