MAVC Director, Fletcher Tembo, is giving the keynote address at the International Seminar of the Citizen Engagement Programme (CEP) in Mozambique on Thursday 07 December 2017.

Dr Tembo's speech, which will be looking at "The rise of Social Accountability as a means for social change", is open to the public and will take place from 12:00 - 13:00, at the Radisson Hotel in Maputo, Mozambique.

In addition to this public lecture, Duncan Edwards, who is Programme Manager for the Research, Evidence and Learning component of MAVC, will be presenting during a closed session at the same event, the day before, on "Interactions between technological innovation and collective action in strengthening capacities for Social Accountability".
