Event | December 15, 2016 - December 15, 2016

On 15 December 2016, Making All Voices Count director Dr Fletcher Tembo will be presenting at a GPSA seminar at the World Bank in Washington DC. He will share the platform with the World Bank's lead ICT policy specialist Samia Melhem, and Bruce Kay of USAID.

Dr. Tembo will discuss what Making All Voices Count is learning from the growing tech community in developing countries. This diverse, fast-growing community has the potential to inform the new generation of social accountability thinking with its experience of disruptions and non-traditional innovations. If we understand the character of these new interlocutors we should be able to also explore ways of identifying and incubating their ideas, and then how to support and measure change in ways that are also innovative.

For more information, and to watch a live stream of the event, visit the GPSA events page here.

When: 15 December, 12:30-14:00 EST
